Fitbit app not downloading

I cannot download the Fitbit app from the Windows store. Every time I get the "get" button, it just refreshes the page. It does not start downloading, it does not prompt me to create an account. Aside from refreshing the page, it does 100% of nothing. I am contacting our internal company IT support, in case (perhaps) we are blocking windows store.

My aria scale wasn't syncing so I uninstalled the app (per instructions from the community postings) and tried to download again from the app store. It has been "pending" now for about an hour. I am trying to download music onto my Versa 2, which needs to be completed on a computer using the Fitbit Desktop app. Unfortunately, when I download the app through Microsoft Store the app does not recognize or have listed the Versa 2 as an option to add device.
